Trail Streamers
Growing up in the heart of the Ozarks, my childhood was a collection of outdoor adventures and moments of pure, unmatched joy.
As I grew older, my thirst for adventure only intensified, leading me on trips that would take me from the rugged backcountry of Yellowstone to the majestic peaks of the Tetons, from the barren beauty of the Badlands to the untamed wilderness of the Rocky Mountains and beyond. Camping out of my car and immersing myself in the wonders of nature, watching wildlife roam free and embarking on wild hikes that tested my limits and filled my soul with a sense of awe and wonder.
It was amidst these breathtaking landscapes that I discovered my true calling – a passion for conservation and a desire to preserve the natural world for generations to come. And so, when the time came to choose a college, there was no doubt in my mind that College of the Ozarks was the perfect fit. Surrounded by pristine trout fisheries, rugged mountains, and endless opportunities for outdoor exploration, it was a place where my love for the outdoors could truly flourish.
But college is expensive, and as a student with limited means, I knew that I would need to find a way to support myself while pursuing my dreams. That's when the idea for my blog was born – a platform where I could share my love for conservation, exploration, and fly fishing with the world, all while earning some much-needed income to pay for my education.
From sharing tips on responsible camping and fishing to recommending adventures in the great outdoors, my blog became my love– a reflection of my deepest passions and a testament to the beauty of the natural world. And as I continue on this journey through college and beyond, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities that lie ahead and the incredible support of those who have joined me on this adventure.
Together, we can make a difference one hunt, one hike, one conservation effort, and one fly fishing trip at a time. Join me as I explore the wonders of the Ozarks and beyond, and together, let's write the next chapter in the story of our planet's conservation.
